KOVO RUSH – PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Kovo Rush ("the game", "we", "us"), developed by Mmdeveloper, collects, uses and shares information when you play the game on Android. By using the game you agree to this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Information you give us

- Player name: the name you type in your Profile.

- Profile photo (optional): if you choose your own picture, a small copy is saved with your account.

b) Account information (only if you sign in)

If you sign in with Google or Google Play Games, we receive your account ID, display name, email address and profile picture from Google. You can play without signing in.

c) Game progress

Your coins, gems, heroes, hero levels, league stars, wins, eliminations, quests, event progress and settings. These are stored on your device. If you sign in, they are also saved to the cloud (cloud save) so you can restore them after reinstalling or on a new phone.

d) Automatically collected information

- Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, game events (for example matches played), and approximate region.

- Crash and performance logs.

- Advertising ID and related identifiers, used by our advertising partners.

e) Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We only receive a purchase confirmation so we can give you the item you bought.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- To run the game and save and restore your progress.

- To show leaderboards (your player name, profile photo and league stars are visible to other players).

- To let you play with friends in local rooms (your player name and hero are shown to players in the same room).

- To fix crashes and improve the game.

- To show ads and reward you for watching optional videos.

- To process purchases and restore items such as "Remove Ads".

4. ADVERTISING

The game shows ads (banners, full-screen ads and optional reward videos). Our ad partners may use your device's advertising ID to show ads and measure results. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and some US states), you will be asked for consent first. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's settings: Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads). Buying "Remove Ads" turns off banner and full-screen ads.

5. SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above, to run the game as described, or if required by law.

6. DATA RETENTION

Progress on your device stays until you uninstall the game or reset it in Settings > Your data. Cloud save and leaderboard data stay while your account exists. Analytics and crash data are kept for limited periods set by Google Firebase.

7. DELETING YOUR DATA

- In the game: Profile > Delete account deletes your account, your cloud save and your leaderboard entry.

- Settings > Your data > Reset progress deletes the progress stored on your device.

- You can also email us at [mmdeveloperyt@gmail.com] with the subject "Delete my data", and we will delete your data within 30 days.

8. CHILDREN

Kovo Rush is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. SECURITY

Data is sent using encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with Google Firebase. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to some uses. Contact us to make a request.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
