This Privacy Policy explains how MM Developer ("we", "us") handles information when you use the mobile game Tricky Escape: Hero Adventure (package name: com.mmdeveloper.trickyescape) ("the Game").

1. Information we collect ourselves

We do not ask for, collect or store personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email or photos. The Game does not require an account or login.

Your game progress (levels, coins, characters, room decorations and settings) is saved only on your device.

2. Backup of your game progress

Android's built-in Auto Backup may copy your game save file to your own Google account backup (Google Drive / Google One), so your progress can be restored if you reinstall the Game. This backup is managed by Google under your Google account settings. We cannot see or access it. You can turn backup off in your device settings.

3. Third-party services

The Game uses the following third-party services. They may collect information automatically, as described in their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob (advertising): shows ads in the Game. It may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device type and model, operating system version, approximate location (from IP address), and how you interact with ads. It uses this to show ads, measure their performance, and limit how often an ad repeats. Google Firebase Analytics (app usage statistics): collects anonymous usage information such as app opens, screens viewed, session length, device model and OS version, and an app instance identifier. Google Play Billing (in-app purchases): all payments are processed by Google Play. We never receive your card or payment details. We only receive confirmation of which item was purchased, so we can deliver it. Google Play Terms: https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/

4. Advertising choices

You can reset your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads on some devices). Buying the "No Ads" item in the Game removes banner and pop-up ads.

5. Links to other sites and apps

The Game contains buttons that open our Telegram channel and the Google Play page of our other games. Once you leave the Game, the privacy policies of those services apply. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Children's privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will help remove it.

7. Data security and retention

Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Information collected by the third-party services above is kept according to their own policies.

8. Your rights and deleting your data

You can delete all game data stored on your device at any time by uninstalling the Game, or with Settings → Apps → Tricky Escape → Storage → Clear data.
